Spanish 150 Special Headstock

Hi All I bought a 1968 Spanish 150 Special, sometime ago. I notices on the head-stock there was a small circular badge (not a religious medal), which I have subsequently lost!!!!

I cannot be sure if it was a standard Spanish fitting although it did not appear to be added by someone as an embellishment. It was located just above the top of the speedo.
