Do you mean not returning properly or sticking at the carb end a few ideas , Fraying cable ? Stiff throttle rod ? Light switch cable tight against rod ? Cable routing ?

Hi Toddy
Yes sorry not returning properly,it's not sticking at the carb end and the cable isn't frayed,it feels it's on the actual throttle grip

Cheers
