SIP Speedo fault

Postby michaeltv2000 » Tue May 05, 2015 8:57 pm

My sip speedometer has been working fine for the last 200 miles but 30 miles ago the speedo started reading 15mph under according to the
rev counter. So when the counter was reading 6500rpm the speedo was reading 50mph. Has anybody any ideas why? Mike

Where's it getting the reading from, cable or sensor?

Problem solved by fitting another worm drive and the hub drive.
