When sorting out the problems with my S3 my mate bought a 175 kit before I had chance to source one and along with a new TV175 piston it worked fine.
I was going to look for something other than Indian for better quality but it's OK.

Hi Patrick,
The Bore/Piston Clearance has been professionally checked/honed to 0.003. I checked it all out and was spot on, quality is good. Running in about 300 to 500 miles. Hi is getting more kits in stock soon when I spook to him. I fully recommend this kit, so far so good, very happy.
Cheers

Hi Patrick,
Congratulations on your marriage. All the best for the future. Going back to the kit a am very happy with it,so far so good as they say. I fitted another carb, Scootopia SH2/22 22mm. What a big difference the hole set up has made.
Good Luck

Hi Patrick,
The best thing to do is contact Jason @ saxsonscooters, he will give you the full speck, and answer all your questions on the kit.
Cheers

I've been running one of the AF 175 conversion kits for about 10 years it's been reliable all that time. I've got it on a 30mm Delorto with a PM. The kit just bolted on with no port timing issues. The last big trip i've done on that motor was to Austria last year 700 miles in two days. I had it Dyno'd last year before the euro and it was siting at 12bhp after the Dyno I did open up the exhaust port to increase the top speed. My sat nav was sitting at 65mph when I was overtaking lorries on the auto barn
