Is there anyway of switching the speedo off when the scoot isn't running? Worried that it will drain the battery if left for extended periods and also don't like the idea of parking it up with the speedo lit up all the time.

Conect it to your lighting so its only on if your lights are on. Good practice to ride with your lights on all the time ;)

If you're running a battery and want to turn the feed off Beedspeed sell an ignition switch that has an auxiliary feed out on the first( ign on) position.
