The LCGB Signing on Sheets at BSM 2017 Event 17 will be on the Crusader Stall (Rally Patches and T-Shirts) at the Smallbrook Stadium rally site at Isle of Wight National Rally.

Trading times for the Parts Fair on Saturday 26/08/17 is expected to be from around 9.30am to approx. 4pm

Please forgive my ignorance but what are these sighning on sheets for? I saw a stall when I went to the Weston rally with sighning on sheets but what's the point? Should I have sighned on then?
