I have no experience of your particular kit, but if setting up any cylinder, it is usual to have some ball park figures as to what to aim for as far as all port timings. I have no idea of whether there are kits available to suit longer strokes, but one kit cannot suit all strokes available.......not without some modification.
The fact that you have a longer stroke (60 mm) means that you may have to modify all ports to achieve the optimum. It may work to your advantage, in packing the cylinder upwards to level the exhaust port with the piston crown as the result advance in transfer timing may be good with the longer stroke.
The guy that designed your kit ought to have an idea of what you should be aiming for, (especially as he often had comments about other manufacturer's kits), so he must surely have optimum port timings for his own product.
