I have had my scoot back from engine fit and rebuild a couple of months and only ridden it a couple of times maybe 3 miles and started and let it run a couple of times also....just went to start it and it is seized!
What can I do to fix it?

Come to start her up to go home to find the kickstart was solid. WTFTurned out that the crappy Rolon chain had stretched that much, that when kick started, the chain bundled up and jammed between the clutch sprocket and lower chain guide giving the impression of a locked motor.
Luckily, to get home, I was able to free it off by simply dragging it in reverse to free it up.
Rolon chains suck.
