pinprick airleak in barrel wall

Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

It's showed no signs of letting up after several thousand miles.

Would that be missing a 'no' somewhere B, or not, distinction important? Sounds like what I'm needing to sort out my Poland rally oil leak! It wasn't a leaking BGM side casing casket but a post end plate fixing welding job pin prick leak...

Used some JB kwik weld drilled a wee hole to let it grip a bit better. Leak test it after graft tomorrow! :cry:

+1 for JB weld but do make sure its fully cured before starting the engine. I got a little over enthusiastic cutting a finger port in a SR225 barrel once, slapped some JB Weld on it, popped the barrel on then thought it would be a good idea to take it for a quick spin.....didn't even make to the end of the drive :oops: 2nd attempt worked as I left it to cure for 24 hours 8-)
