Is there anyone out there who has done the smiths speedo conversion on a GP or anyone got a modified top headset for sale

GRP Scooter Products does a F/G SX one and he does F/G GP tops so he should be able to do a GP conversion

Thanks for the info but have a chrome italian headset so will opt for a metal modified version.

The chrome obviously won't survive as the top needs boring out, then the Ali ring welding in. Welders don't like chrome and chrome doesn't like weld, especially Ali.

I've done an SX and S2 luckily using favours and mates labour rates, but those resources sadly are now gone.

Hello,

Sorry I don’t think I was clear, I would provide another top headset and have that modified.
I wouldn’t wreck the chrome headset I have as it’s too good.

Or maybe someone will come up trumps with one made already ha
