Just fully rebuilt a li 150 and won’t seem to start. Have a good spark but won’t start, I have fully cleaned the carb out but it doesn’t seem like much fuel is getting through. What could this be ? Sorry this is the first rebuild I have done

Choke on and throttle held closed, dont wring the throttle as it weakens the mixture

Do a compression check with a guage and tell us what psi you get on kick over.

What is the carb?If it is a scootopia 22mm,I had one and the float was catching on the inside of the floatbowl(I had witness marks inside the floatbowl)I bought an original dellorto float and found that it was a tiny bit smaller but this worked and the scooter ran ok.
