Mine was 330 main 20 pilot 56 needle. This was never dynoed just seat of the pants plug chops. I ran a stainless devtour. Always worked very well for me. Good luck.

Plug chopping can be quite time consuming as you need to check rite through all throttle positions. Obviously as different parts of the carb come into play. Removing plug burning fingers. It’s not really fun . But once you got it sorted there is a certain amount of satisfaction. There’s also the fact you know you should be good once it’s done. But certain synthetic oils can take a while to colour especially on a new plug.

A good dyno operator will obviously set your bike correctly and it’s probably much quicker , but it is in his hands not yours . I suppose a temp gauge gives you a certain amount of reassurance once you setup is sorted.
I suppose it depends on your ability and collection of jets.

Good luck.

Removing plug burning fingers.
a suitable long ht lead insulator pushed onto the loosened plug avoids the burnt fingers.allowing the plug once loosened to be completely unscrewed and removed.
