Great images of a gathering of Lambrettas, each one of them tailored to the owners taste.
I have never participated but imagine the camaraderie must be great. It must also be a gruelling experience, so "Hats off!"
Obviously, it is very much a "rider's event" & I can't help notice that every machine depicted has dampers fitted up front. Just in case anybody wonders whether dampers are required, there's the answer.....
until next year............ BTW- normally we have fairly trouble free runs (apart from me falling off at D150 ) between the 3 of us C2C2021 = 1 split carb rubber before we even set off, 1 damper lose, broken main zip on waterproof jacket ,gear cable working loose, headlight bulb failing, throttle cable snap, blown spark plug & knackered plug cap. Still....great fun!

Some more pics from the weekend. Some tough conditions out there but pretty much went with no dramas. Thats C2C & Derby150 done and what a joy to be back on the road. Me at the finish point opposite the Whalebones. Absolute godsend, that canopy outside the Royal Hotel. Pic' courtesy of Andy Gillard at Scooternova Magazine.
