AF Clutch mechanism

Got mine Xmas eve, nice piece of kit and complete with all parts to do the job.
The clutch arm idea to use a spanner to adjust/set it is great and with the adjustment option would be an improventment on its own without the meshed plunger.
Wont be fitting until end if Jan.

Received mine christmas Eve too.Fitting mine to a new Uni GP side casing in the next few days. I will let you know how I get on.

Well partly fitted. Not plug and play as it needed fettling. Clutch bush is a couple of thou bigger so the case needed dremmling, and the pinion teeth needed needle filing to allow it to mesh smoothly.
Other than that it was straightforward, just needs fitting to the scoot now.

I can confirm that the UNI sidecase needs slight dremmeling too.

It's really not much at all, just cleaning up a touch as it wouldn't drop straight in.

Just surprised that it took so long for someone to make a minor bit of engineering affordable...

3 x will be on order, the white finger (from chainsawing, brushcutters & Lambrettas) aint going away.... anything to keep us on the road eh...

They will probably be tight, fitted mine with a 350-10 sip performer and it was fiddly. Can’t say the set up has made a huge difference as it is only slightly easier than it was before but it has made a difference. Appears to have been worth it. A road trip will be the proof of the pudding.

mine fitted today
i had to fit the standard clutch arm with having a 10/90 tyre fitted on wide rims
smooth & easy azz - "Atomic 6 plate clutch with malossi springs"

Fitted mine to a new UNI side casing, standard 4 plate with MB springs. No issues and it's so much easier to pull in now. Happy days

Has anyone got the instructions that came with the kit readily to hand? If so, would someone be so kind as to email them to me at storkfoot@gmail.com please?

I have fitted it and it makes the clutch action significantly easier but I now have clutch drag that isn’t proving easy to resolve.
