Servetta brake cam

Hi does anyone know which way round the Serveta brake cam fits ?. I currently have it with the high part furthest out, so that the leading shoe will contact first is this correct ?

It goes in so that it aligns up with the brake shoes.
It's quite obvious if it's 180 degrees out and if left like this it usually makes the rear brake very bitey.

Cheers, had to assemble to see what you meant, makes sense now. Should have tried that first.
