Frame loop repair section

Does anyone know where I can find a frame loop repair rear section for a series 2 ?. Everywhere I have looked seems to be out of stock.
The paint on mine was bubbling quite badly and on removing the paint I find its been poorly repaired in the past with the rust holes near the number plate repaired with filler. Any help appreciated
