S1 Paint Code Hunt

Postby Bilko » Wed Apr 23, 2025 1:30 pm

I’m having a hard time getting the code for my S1 colour.

Took it to a paint shop where they scanned it, but they came up with a Blue French express Citroen 469F. When I oooked the colour up it doesn’t look close enough.

Anyone know this code?

Probably not a factory colour so scanning or paint match is only way

Try and find an old school paint supplier. At my local automotive paint supplier, Buckley paints the guy there mixes by eye you just take a panel in tell him how much you want (he'll even do a spray can) go back a week later and you get a perfect match and their code if you need more.

i recently went to an auto paint shop, scanned and matched my paint in 5 minutes. for only about £20 a litre, its worth buying just to try it out, they never look the same in photos or charts.
but they didnt identify it, just matched it and made it.
