I'm laughing as I'm in the same scenario re: the 150cc Jap reed converted motor that I put together a couple of months back. I then found that the intended frame needed work, which has very much put this on the back burner.
Funnily enough, it's the first time that I've used a 48 rear sprocket too, which I picked up from a pal.

PS - The reed 150cc is a change for me as I tend to always go bigger but just fancied using up some of my parts that were lying about. Like the V*spa T5, it occurred to me that size doesn't always matter.... does it?

No, nothing yet as I want to test it first. The proof of the pudding... etc.
I have documented the build so can share it in the future but want to put the theory to the test... before spouting off (lol).
