My non ST ExBox isn't too loud. Sure the ST needs the tail can IMO but the regular ExBox works for me... so much that I've bought a second one.

Don't get me wrong, they're louder than a number of other clubmans / Super clubmans but they also flow better and allow higher revving kits to work correctly, where some others strangle the revs before many kits come into the power.

I have a ex box clubman and people have commented it’s very loud.

Recently fitted an ex box st and find it quieter than the ex box
clubman.
Out today for first time and found kickstart side panel unclipped,GP.
I think it may have been caused by the end can.
Has anyone else had this issue ?

The panel on my GP kept getting knocked off . I discovered that it was hitting the silencer bracket bolt. Your suspension may need hardening up as that is how i solved issue on mine.

Thank you for the reply.
I did that and went over a speed bump several times back and forth
and it appears to have resolved it.

Went to big 7 scooter rally and the silencer or mounting bracket caused the side panel to come off.
It’s an adjustable rear shock that I adjusted to its hardest setting after the last issue.

In my opinion the bracket is positioned the wrong way round. If they were welded so that silencer bracket sat behind the casing one i think they would pass behind the side panel. Another local lad had the same problem, shame as they work well!
