I can only say what I did on my TV175.
I reused the original fork springs and rods (one did need straightening in a vice slightly). I used the original links after having them chromed. I may well have cleaned up the spacer caps and reused them but, in reality, you may as well fit new ones.
I definitely did not reuse the fork link bolts and bushes, the spring stops and the buffers. They were all way too worn out.
When you are rebuilding the forks, in my opinion, do it in a vice with the links at the top. Once, you have them built and before you put the hub on, get a metal rod that fits between the fork links. This will help you assess whether the links are in plane.
