Italian GP150 Parts Wanted

Does anyone have a genuine Innocenti GP150 top end - cylinder & piston, head too but moreso genuine cylinder with piston off a running scooter would be preferable, preferably with all fins intact. Also a good condition genuine Innocenti GP handlebar gearchange...thanks
