Technical help for Series one, two and three Lambrettas. Models include the Li, Li Special, TV, SX, GP, Serveta and API/SIL models

Had it done last winter

I had about 10 sets done by Phil Gooding (Grand Prix scooters) in Leicester. It was about 10 years ago but I think I paid him about £200 to do them all. Some needed just checking and some needed a lot of work. I don't know if he still does it.

Had a set checked a couple of years ago at Linc's Lambretta (not sure where you are). I was visiting family and had them in the boot for some reason. Did them while I waited, not a lot of money at all charged me £10-20 or something like that.

Mike Phoenix did a set for me last summer - they were well forked but he sorted them.

Same again Mike Phoenix. Not sure on price as had frame checked too but it's well worth it knowing they are straight before they are sprayed and fitted. Other option is set of new ones from pm tuning, not heard any feedback on them but saw a set at Elvington and they looked spot on

been seriously looking at pm tuning especially the Scomadi Stainless Steel forks i thing i would have been more than tempted if they were not out stock
