Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.
Just stripped down top end and found this.The hatching marks have worn away in parts of the cylinder,and looks like evidence of tightness on the piston.Would a deglaze with one of the 3 pronged deglazing tool be sufficient to bring things back or would it need a hone?
No Knowledge its an MB tuned TS1 240,sprint motor.Done in 2000.34 hp.This is why I need the advise to keep cost down if it needs a lot doing as in rebore etc.
Donnie the clearance is ok had it checked a while ago.May be heat seize.Its from my sprinter,prob got too hot waiting in line,but surprised the hatching has gone.
