On a series one and possibly two.
how are the bulbs arranged, i think mine is a non brake light one, 125 speedo blank.
is it brake light one side and tail the other.
also is it possible to get the reflector out.
Cheers

I'll try a different tack,
where do your bulbs go in a series one back light.

I've got an S1 rear light on my Spanish S2 and it's the main lamp in the middle and brake light either side ( well that's how I wired it ! )

Cheers angry bloke,
Does your lense have a reflector in the red plastic . And does it block much light.

the series 1 lights with 3 bulbs had no reflector, all 3 bulbholders were mounted on a rubber base...

Thanks,
My series one came with a bgm unit that had failed, so I had no bulb holder to work from. I've been making up a home brew
Led jobbie.
I can't get the reflector to budge so I may double up on the tail light to compensate .
For less than £3 I'm well pleased.

My 1960 series 2 UK from New, had no brake light either.
Was there a year when the changed to brake light.

Yes it does and no it doesn't block the light .I do use LED bulbs in it though rather than standard festoons
