SIPGermany?

Postby 911hillclimber » Sat Mar 21, 2015 11:50 pm

I have tyres and tubes on order (paid for) some 7 working days ago, no delivery yet, they said 5 working days.
Have emailed them twice for delivery details, no answer from them.

Is this typical of this company?

Not in my experience. Always been good delivery, and product.

Thanks, maybe I am right to worry the package has been lost, but zero response to questions made on their own Contact Us system is a concern.

Always found them first class. Have you had e mails off them to say your items have been sent? Tracking number?

I've had nothing about the tracker etc, so something is amiss.
Has a standard reply to my email to them.
Will ring their English speaking number tomorrow.

I had an awful experience recently, mostly down to their courier UPS so maybe that's your problem too?

Maybe the item you have paid for is out of stock but not showing out of stock on their web site. Best to ring them.

That was what I did, I had waited over a month after getting in touch with them my order was out of stock, so I ordered somthing in place of the original and that arrived just three days later, they also supplied tracking info for the new parcel, so I knew where it was at every stage of delivery.

So SIP now get a thumbs up from me.

Phoned a delightful German lady there this morning first thing.

The goods are in the 'Notepad' area, not the Orders area but they had all my credit card details, so the order never went right through.

All ordered now directly with her.

Thought I should give the outcome on here so there is no mis-understanding about SIP.
