Hi,i have a stage 4 200,just took her out for the first time,seem very bogy at 1/4 throttle,change down or slip the clutch and it revs out great,also ,was spot on last year, so not realy sure what to do??,any think to try before messin with the jets as it was spot on last year,it a 26MM delorto,thanks for any help.

Is it old fuel?
Have you a filter or is it open mouth? (blocked filter)
Is the choke fully closing?
Give carb' a good clean.

Just some things to think about or to do....

The fuel is old,and just put fresh in,flip choke so it shud be ok?,not open mouth,but has a cheap fancy chrome filter,k/n copy

Hi,tried fresh petrol,choke is working,stripped and cleaned,main jet is 92,pilot50,long thin brass bit 0.3,fat brass bit AQ268,hope anyone can understand my wording,mate says a smaller pilot?any ideas how smaller.Thanks

I think the atomiser you have there is for a Phbl carb. Do you not need the Av268 atomiser ? Good luck with it.

I would Defo try it without a filter, and also give the filter a good clean.

Still the same without the filter,got myself a 46 pilot jet to try,the carb is a PHBL DELLORTO, is the AQ Type the correct one for that carb.Thanks for your help
