What size & set up carb

Postby Souly50 » Sun May 24, 2015 8:51 am

Hi
I have a Li series 3 was a 150 but bored up to 175, it has a 42 mm Clubman exhaust. Could anybody tell me what would be the ideal size Carb for this and what set up should the Carb have.

Any help would be appreciated

I think a 22 will run better and won't gobble up your fuel.

20 or a 22 might give you a slight boost without screwing your fuel economy too much.

A genuine sh1/20 shouldn't be to hard to come by, for 22 you can buy Jetex or wait for the new scootopia one to be out. Jetex can be hit and miss.
