Our car park at work got flooded in about ten minutes, it's absolutely belting down here, looks like it'll follow us all the way & it's 170 miles to Larling. :|

It's fair to say that on Lincolnshires east coast it is mildly moist  Now where did I put my chestwaders?

Weather cleared up, got the wind behind us. Three set off, one broke down in the roadworks two miles from south mimms on the M25 at 4 pm. He finally got recovered and home to Southampton at 2 am! Nice one green flag..

Us two had a good evening with the Rotherham chaps.

We day tripped to this yesterday.
Have to say, what a great place for a rally like this.
Nice little pub, great lunch and sunshine!
Would like to have stayed but off to Austria next week; can't upset the wife too much!
Well done to the 8 Balls!

cheers.
our best one yet I think
some had a wet & windy ride on friday, and same home again today, but weather on saturday was fine, and good to see people calling in for a few hours.
The quiz was a laugh, questions were hard this year...

Bob's LD won best Lambretta
Image
Russ from the Indecipherables SC won Sausage Trophy
Image
Best Turned out club was Lincoln & Newark
Furthest Travelled was Dom

And the gymkhana was good fun again

see you next year for more of the same x

Yes, good fun in nice company as usual although I had to dip in and out as had other things with a deadline to get done over the weekend. I'll try to clear the decks next year

you're always busy Colin! thanks for coming back to help us clear up again this morning; although of course being an LCGB members event, there wasn't a great deal to do other than take the marquee down, nobody had left rubbish around, or messed the toilets, or smashed anything up, other than a glass outside on saturday evening, which the bar staff swept up.
So all good.

 no worries. I know he did go in and ask for a broom, but there was possibly a language barrier there...? ;)

Definitely the best one yet

Thanks to all who attended , the LCGB for continuing to support the event ( and ensuring it remains free to members ) and to all the 8 Ballers for their efforts ( notably Olly, Jarv, Bilv and Jim ) :D

Bilv - can we all have a sofa next year ?

Perhaps a recovery room aswell for the likes of Mr Vaas, after his A11 wobbler. Top job, well done everyone, especially Olly for his time served at the BBQ in smoky conditions and bar staff for serving into the small hours, mind you Dolly Parton on the juke box did help clear the pub on Sunday morning!!

Agreed, well done to everyone who helped organise the rally and worked over the weekend, top work fellas.
A big thank you to all those who attended from all over the UK, the LCGB and the staff at the pub who served into the wee hours
Looking forward to next year already.

So all good.

thats what i like about lcgb rallys they are full of normal people only rallys where you can still use the toilets on a sunday morning without a chemical suit and gas mask
riders in riding gear not comedy mod parkas or nylon jackets covered in patches
long may they continue
