East fortune is a lovely circuit; easily my favourite.

Do not brake on the concrete section as you enter the esses. While this seems the right thing to do it just upsets the bike and you end up braking way too much to try and calm it down.

On an r6 you snick down one gear and roll off slightly before tipping in. Obviously you'll not be going as quick on a scooter but then again you can't corner as fast so I reckon you will still need a similar technique.

Hannah's is a bit of a slow in fast out. If you go in too hot you can't get it turned quick enough so you can't flick right for the exit quick enough.

Ask for a full English breakfast in the cafe. I never tired of that one.

Nice bit of history, here's the pic I put up on the old site, Pembrey '87 or '88.

That's a great picture. Thanks :-)

I am still messing around with dry building and getting a few quotes for the paint:

No, mate. It's all at the blasters/ powder coaters. Only when I get it all back will it go for paint. At this rate, expect to see it again next Spring :-(

I see you need a touch of paint too

Ha ha your not wrong Paul. I think the mudguard and horncast are all that dosen't need straightening or painting. I'm beginning to think it's because I went with the green. I'm getting it from all angles it's an unlucky colour.
Already planning a colour change and something a lot simpler in design so easy to touch up.
Have you made a colour choice yet ?

Definitely two colours. Very likely that the main colour will be a paint match off the red GP panel on this scoot. The other, well, at the moment I favour a pearlescent black.

Don't hold me to that though
