Nope, both SX and GP 200 factory barrels have the 2 notches (one either side) taken out of the top fin and both have the number stub with number. The GT barrels do not have the notches but they do have the number stub and number.
Quite right that many aftermarket 'standard' 200 barrels do not have any markings to the side of the manifold area but have retained the notches in the top fin. Many Spanish barrels do not have notches or stubs, whilst others do... the last Austisa barrels having a different base gasket profile.
Most genuine SIL 200 barrels will have the SIL 'S' logo to the side of the side of the manifold area but it is not on a stub.
As far as the porting goes, this looks (from memory) like the standard GP200 porting, with 20mm high exhaust and 18mm deep inlet. The SX200 barrel, which has same part number and same notches/stub as GP200 commonly has 18mm high exhaust and 18mm deep inlet (early Jet 200 has these port timings). Both the early and late versions of the TV200 have the deeper inlet port, which this does not, and only the exhaust port changes from wide/shallow to tall/narrow.
As this barrel does not have the identifying marks of a TV200, nor the porting of a TV200 barrel, I'll let you decide what it is... or isn't. Please note that this is not to have a go and the vendor, just to say that at some stage during this bike's life the barrel was replaced, which makes perfect sense if you say it came off a genuine early TV200, which had the 'ring-breaker' nickname for good reason. If you broke a ring because of a porting issue, would you get the same problem barrel rebored or would you replace it with a barrel that resolved the issue and could give good service for the remainder of the bike's lifespan?
If you happen to be on the 'other' forum also, do a search on both sites as the porting and identification of 200 barrels has been covered previously, with photos and port maps to illustrate the differences.
