I think it's called 'Vreeble' or something like that.

Fantastic paintwork effect, will have another scooter painted like so in the not too distant future.

I believe it's an effect caused by the volume/depth of the lacquer, applied over the candy, that is sprayed over the original Global Flake?? (Sorry, hope you kept up.. :lol: )

The effect happens because the paint (Vreeble) is designed to shrink dramatically as it dries and causes the cracks and splits. It is applied over whatever base is desired and then several coats of lacquer applied on top to level it out and provide the 'depth'
