Good ol' auto correct! Do you work for the Govt or a paper?
Apologies, no ideas on the small block kits, but a mate runs an RT200 and was v.impressed with the finish.

There are probably very few scooterists who have run both kits with such specific exhausts and carburettors. I could tell you about my thoughts on the GT kit but I can't compare the two. I'd suggest you use the search faculty on this site and make your own mind up.

25mm Dellorto is one of the recommended carbs for the GT186 and is tried and tested, not a clue about the RT195 I'm afraid.

Currently running a GT200 with BGM clubman in one of my scooters and love it, so now putting a GT186 with one of Richard's 60/110 cranks in my S2 Li150 but will be running with a 30mm dellorto and Fran Race

I'd go with the GT kit.
although I am led to believe that the ring peg issue on the pistons in the RT kits has now been addressed...?
