Wiring loom

Postby wurzel » Tue Jul 08, 2014 2:49 pm

Hi, it's a while since I bought a wiring loom for a standard 12 volt electronic and
have just been looking for one for a GP. The trouble is there seems to be that many
it's got my head spinning.
Could anybody recommend a good quality standard 12 volt loom with the correct
coloured wires and connectors and decent gauge wire

Cheers in advance

Mate there are many variations in Sticky's book. I find Scooter Restorations very helpful 0115 9277277. or scooterrestorations.com for their website. Good service. A cheap electrical tester will help from Maplins. Top tip, don't use cheap connectors.

Hi,

I have sold a terminal crimping kit, which includes an excellent crimping tool and many terminals (spades and bullets).

Image

It makes lovely crimped terminals, like those found on original wiring looms.

I think I have one left, so if someone fancies it, I'll do it for £24 inc postage, as you are LCGB people.
