Great idea for a casing that can take wider crank webs and resolve the crank twisting, or welding needed to avoid it, that we have as a constraint with the standard casing.
IMO - Now all we need is for 'the establishment to make us a barrel casting with oversized central core that allows the cylinder studs to be moved further out and the barrel walls to remain suitably thick for a bigger bore... BUT... keeping the standard porting configuration and low porting spec on a longer stroke crank. Ooh, a 300cc standard (perhaps Stage 3 porting) Lambretta casing based on the tried and tested Lambretta design; a real stump puller that doesn't over-rev, overheat, pulls long gearing to a high touring max speed, doesn't warp bore walls and doesn't twist cranks. What a motor that would be, rather than another 9-10K rev monster.

PS - I'm sure that my comment above is exactly what the world was crying out for when Innocenti was only manufacturing the smallblock 125-175 casing, and look at the massive success that the 200 casing was! However, it didn't take long before it had been bored and stroked to the max... and we'd reached its limits again. Rather than tuning our way to additional performance, perhaps it is time we took the next step and manufactured the next standard BIGGER bore/stroke casing?
