Quick question re-Kelvinator frame.

Been offered a 'Kelvinator' frame.
Will the standard GP bodywork/panels/forks fit without hassle?

dont know about the frame but the engine is a right mix up had a scrap one and the holes for the gear box endplate dont line up with any other engine same with the chaincase side mag flange is also odd ball size bit of a bonus its an li 150 gear bos as per number of teeth just need to measure diameters bet it only works with its own xmas tree

one or two on here have kelvinator scoots so you should find out soon

I thought I read somewhere that the engine was a bit of a mishmash of API parts.

A few Vespa bits have snuck in to the front end I see. As said earlier an ugly brute

i think a lot if not all of the engine was made by kelvinator
the mag housing uses an li bearing but without the spacer ring
the holes in the gear box endplate do not line up with any other make of engine
the same with the side case all the holes are slightly out of line
the gear box has the same teeth numbers as an li 150 havent checked the dias yet
top end is 150 and point ignition
will have a look at the carb and see what that is not a jetex type

A chap in our club has one,the loop is longer towards the rear end so the side panels are longer too.
It's not been altered as far as we could see and Gp side panels are about an inch short.
