Restoring a seat frame

What's the best way to do this I.e. stripping and painting all the individual bits, springs etc? Is there someone who provides this service?

I've had good results by just taking the complete assembly to the powder coaters and have them blast and coat it all without taking anything apart.

Strip it and paint it, i replaced to long spring things with new. Probably got spares jf you need any
