So I bought a short Dante Seat from RLC - I've put this on my SX, and put the long Dante seat from the SX onto the GP.
Sorted head set etc, still have not got around to the stator.
I tried a whole bunch of remade kick start levers - not happy with any of them. I found a rusty Innocenti one under my bench -. I rubbed it down and sprayed it silver. Not original chrome I know...BUT ..... it fits perfectly on the splines and is hard up against the rebound / rubber stop.

Nice work. You could try rubbing down the Innocenti badge to bring out the lettering maybe.
