Series 3 Li125 paint Colour

Hi all,
Can anyone confirm that all painted parts on a Series 3 Li125 should be the same colour, in this case Iseo Light blue.
Sticky's suggests all parts the same colour and this is consistent with the pre-restoration condition, but I heard it said recently that "unseen" parts under the side panels were painted white.

All one colour is correct.

only series 4 125's had new white innards, apart from the plastic toolbox!
