does anyone know good way to fit the rubber into the channel i have tried soaking in hot water and putting grease in Channel to no avail wayne

Boiling hot water is the clue and it also depends on the quality of the rubbers. Some cheaper ones are pretty hard, less flexible and harder to fit.

Put one side in and push the other side in with a flat headed screwdriver

Thanks mate it works i struggled with other side pulling them up with pliers grease, sweat and swear words
