Hi, does anyone know a way to put the end of the spring in the hole....?

I’ve never owned any Spanish scooters, but I’ve copied the principal of the spring to close the throttle.

I’ve always used as large a split-pin as will fit in the hole, then put the end of the spring through that.

If you do it that way, make sure the other end of the split-pin has no sharp edges that may catch on anything.

As Mark said you use a split-pin through the hole in the bar and then stick the spring through the loop of the pin.
