20mm Carb on a LI150

Hi. If a 20mil carb was put on a standard LI150 what slide and jet combination would be best? Cheers

I ran one for years with a 102 main, 50 choke and 45 pilot. Assuming standard exhaust and running it through the airbox. Make sure you have the 5914-2 slide as well.

To be honest I didn't notice it made a significant difference over the standard SH1/18. Or maybe I just got used to it...?

I now use the same carb with a 175 Stage 4, with a big bore exhaust and still running it through the airbox and the jetting is 115 main, 50 choke and 50 pilot. The 50 pilot makes it much easier to start.

Thanks Eddie. What Atomiser did you use?

I think the atomiser was the 5899-5 or -6. Try and find a 20mm manifold to maximise the benefit of using the bigger carb. Some manifolds are longer and you can't get the side panel on, as I found out...
