What recommendations are you needing, is what buy, or how to fit the parts.

I have a casatronic from Rimini and a replacement standard late series 3 loom from Scooter Restorations so as to fit a later s3 brake light switch that won't earth out if the lamp goes like the early s3 switch. The casatronic was fitted by a grown up but I had no trouble to wire up at all, just joined the light and horn loom wires together to connect to the stator feed. Depends on whether you wish to fit a battery. Which I didn't as I like to be as simple as possible.
I had a GP crank fitted too btw...

Try willenhallscooter or saxonscooters2012 on ebay. They are plenty more, someone else will be along with more suggestions.

It really depends upon what you want.
I use a BGM AC and a modified To DC SIL stator with good results.
The only part common to both stators is the AF mid weight flywheel which runs approx 3 degrees out on both from the marks, so you need to set the timing by strobe.
One wiring loom is a shiny new one for an electronic system, the other is the original loom, as long as the original has good connections and the insulation is in good condition you can re-use the original.
