Does anyone know where I can get a decent fitting toolbox door please? I bought one from a 'reputable' dealer and it won't open without fouling the frame......or has anyone got a good secondhand one pls? Thanks, Dave

I thought I had this problem and tried four different doors before finding that the hinge bracket on the frame was welded to low. The doors were all nigh on perfect. Might be worth checking.

The toolbox door hinge is quite long and can be bent so that the door fits better.

Thats the exact same problem i had until i found a nos one at wclw usa, theyve led a 40+ year hard life with only a bent piece of steel for a hinge with a pin through the centre. The three or four i tried all had a gap around the edge and wobbly hinges even with a new hinge pin..

I have some new hinges if you want to replace a bent one.
