just realised I never finished this thread....
When I'd finished laughing at WT1 comments I dropped the panels off at the painters and set about the engine build.
The build was just a general clean up and new seals bearings clutch and piston rings. The piston and bore looked fine so keeping it 125 on 6volts and points.
3 months of the painter messing me around and I went to pick the bits up and find someone else. Massive thanks to
Jason Frost and Tony at Absolutely scooters in Sheffield who fit me in and did a superb job. So ready to start the build around end of September

Frame had new bearing races top and bottomm
Forks rebuilt with new springs and buffers



New wiring loom and cables


Cleaned up the original exhaust
