+ 20 HP with cyclone v2

Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

Hi, is anybody running a +20hp engine with an early cyclone box, if so is it ok....how many miles done etc?

I've had one in for several years with nay botha! mine was one of the batches recalled, had no problems, in TS1 240, wanged for 6000mls, mostly 2 up, if fitted correctly they're no problem.

Likewise, fitted mine before LCGB Le-Jog in 2014, also went to Davos that year. Done a similar sort of mileage to Scotty since then (including interesting roads throughout Ireland!) and no issues with the Cyclone.

Bought another for my next engine, so impressed with them and happy to recommend the product.

I had a V1 which ran faultlessly for 500 miles ish, then I broke it on the last c2c due to a clutch issue.

Make sure your clutch is in good nick and lets the gear clear when going into 1st.

I've just got the parts to refit this year so should be back on 5 by the first rally
