These are the kits Ian is selling now using roller bearings rather than the original bushes etc in the links.

I bought the tapered bearings and those for the links. I've got the tapered bearing fitted so far and it looks and works really well.
I've not done the links yet but the way the kit is supplied I doubt there will be any issues, Ian's thought through the potential issues and they come with a spacing tool and shims of various sizes to take up any manufacturing tolerance issues in the original links. It'll be a month give or take before I get to fit them.
Off to see Chris Sad at CS Engineering later as my "project" is pretty much complete and off to powder coat

How much are those bearing kits Jim?
Had a quick look on Google.. there appear to be a"couple" of taffspeed shop website's for some reason, but neither of them work.

I've now fitted the bearings and the forks into the Lambretta. Follow the instructions and It's easier than the standard set up. All fitted together and slotted in. Road testing soon
