best ts1 pipe?

Given the choice between a TSR evo,a JL3 or a Franspeed which would suit my TS1 better if it was set up for touring rather than nuts out acceleration?ive been told that the JL3 and the Franspeed are made by the same people so why is one more expensive than the other?

Even if the JL3 and Franspeed are made by the same people, it doesn't mean they are the same pipe, or go through exactly the same construction process. There is no reason why they should cost the same.

Personally id go with tsr with TT end can, jl and franspeed pipes work well but prefer the stub and solid end can arrangement.
Nk pipes work well as do many others, however port timings will need to be set up to get best from each pipe.

Asking the same exhaust question myself at the moment and have read the previous articles, including a thread casting doubt on the TSR build. If my budget allows I'm pretty certain I'll give the jolly a go, no real technical reason just it seems relatively new and the Rimini description says works well lower down. About four weeks away at the moment and I'll post some comments if I do go for it. All down to the money at the end of the day, unfortunately :(

I totally understand that, my question was what is it about the franspeed that makes it more expensive, and performance wise is the difference justified? :?:

Go for a modified TSR from Darryl Taylor. Modified end can lighter than original. Good for touring on my TS1 but does need fitting properly. This was explained to me by Darryl as ensuring the rear shock is set up properly so that the exhaust does not hit the rear running board support. This reduces the exhaust cracking. Apparently he has had a few like that.

Cheap end can conversion is to use a sterling one,
lightest can ive come across and on my Micron it needs no support at all.
