Tool box rubber alternatives

The proper toolbox (underseat) rubber is a pain to fit and for my special application, far too thick.

Can anyone recommend a slimline rubber for this location?

On all my twin tank conversions I've used a sticky back reinforced rubber strip stuck to the inside of the frame - haven't got a clue where it came from and non left - it was a single sided glazing tape I think.
