Going to replace mt change case bolts with stainless Allan studs. Anybody know what length and size please?

Allan studs? I assume you mean bolts?

If so be aware that they used studs for a very good reason - steel is much tougher than the alloy that they screw in to.

Take out your old studs and measure,I think the side casing ones are M6x 40 mm.I have a set in the shed but buy them from other traders on Ebay as they are considerably cheaper than a scooter dealer and I use nylock flange nuts so no messing with washers.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321249479526? ... I wouldn't use stainless, I use Black high tensile ones and I never use nylock on studs as it can draw the stud out when removing.
