Some extractors are double ended with the correct thread & even I have one!
I would suggest you try & screw in the correct extractor, even if you have to dress the end to a taper & add shallow slots to get it started. It sounds a bodge, but even a dab of grinding paste can help clean up the flywheel thread!
If you can get an extractor in, then you can remove it & cut off the taper/slotted part & use it as it should be to remove the flywheel as it should be done. They are usually too long with spare thread....Then, with a lot of luck & copious amounts of penetrating oil....
